This Privacy Policy explains what information GetFreePngs ("we", "us") collects when you visit the site, use the Request a design form or contact us, and how that information is used. GetFreePngs is a small, independent website that offers free transparent PNG designs for personal use.
Information we collect
Information you send us. If you use the Request a design form, we receive the text you type and the address of the page you sent it from. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your messages.
Technical information. Like most websites, GetFreePngs is delivered through hosting and content delivery services. When you load a page or download a file, those services process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages or files you request, and the date and time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
No accounts. You do not need an account to use GetFreePngs, so we do not collect usernames or passwords.
Cookies
GetFreePngs does not use advertising or analytics cookies at this time. Our infrastructure providers may use technical cookies or similar technologies where needed to keep the service secure and working.
How we use information
- to read and respond to your messages and to licensing or copyright requests;
- to understand which designs people would like to see, based on the requests we receive;
- to run, secure and maintain the site; and
- to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell the information you send us directly, such as request form messages or emails.
Service providers we use
We rely on other companies to run the site. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and delivers the design files.
- Web3Forms receives the text submitted through the Request a design form and forwards it to our email inbox.
- Our email provider stores the messages that reach our inbox.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the site, its owner or others.
Where information is processed
These providers operate internationally, so information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States.
How long we keep information
We keep request form messages and emails for as long as we need them to respond and for reasonable record keeping, and then delete them. Technical logs are kept by our providers according to their own schedules.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, for example under the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act, Canada's PIPEDA or Australia's Privacy Act 1988. These can include the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, email CHANGE-ME@example.com. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you.
Children
GetFreePngs is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive, but no website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

GetFreePngs may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we add features that use more of your information, such as advertising or analytics, we will update this page.
